　　摘要：奧氏體不銹鋼焊縫由于晶間腐蝕的發生，導致結構發生早期失效，結果既影響了正常使用和安全性。因此探究奧氏體不銹鋼晶間腐蝕地產生機理，并按標準進行晶間腐蝕試驗，從而進一步提高耐蝕性的工藝措施，以期延長材料的使用壽命擴大材料的應用范圍。

　　降低碳的含量，選用超低碳的不銹鋼，如00Cr18Ni10N、00Cr19Ni10、00Cr17Ni14Mo2、00Cr17Ni13Mo2N等，從根本上減弱形成碳鉻化合物的機會，從而消除晶間腐蝕。
