　　1.2311鋼，德國模具鋼2311材質 ，該鋼經“超純淨”工序生產，預硬化，呈現高度的微觀純淨及優良的均質結構，優良的拋光性及光蝕刻花性。經熱處理後，加工及拋光性能良好，可進行氮化處理，適於鍍鉻等表面處理，材質硬度均勻（至400mm厚），良好的韌性，良好的機械加工效能。金組織為馬氏體及貝氏體組織。
